Warranty

- All products sold by Bike Boost World are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. We assist in handling warranty matters, or you may directly contact the original manufacturer. For inquiries, please reach out to sales@bikeboostworld.com.au, and we'll promptly respond.

- Bike Boost World will not assume responsibility for any expenses, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from the product's loss of use.

- The warranty does not encompass damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or regular wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to riding on rough terrain, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, impacts, unlawful use, or any damage unrelated to material and workmanship defects.

- This warranty becomes invalid if unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications are made to any part of the equipment.

- The warranty for any repaired or replaced equipment is effective from the original purchase date only. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE-STATED WARRANTIES, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIKE BOOST WORLD DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED OR EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRODUCTS.

- Prior to shipping, warranty claims must undergo processing and receive a return authorization from Bike Boost World; otherwise, your package will be rejected upon delivery.
