Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 0431 693 413 or email sales@bikeboostworld.com.au any time. 

How to Request a Refund

Customers have 7 days from the moment they receive the product to request a return. If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the Refund Eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

Review Eligibility criteria: Carefully read the refund policy Eligibility criteria below to ensure your request meets the criteria.

Contact Customer Support: If you meet the refund criteria, please contact our customer support team at sales@bikeboostworld.com.au with your order details and reason for requesting a refund.

Await Confirmation: Once your request is received, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility criteria includes:

Product received is damaged or defective.
Incorrect item received.
Item does not match the description on the product page.
Dissatisfaction with the product quality.

Refund Processing

Approved Refunds: If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. The product must be returned via mail. We do not charge a Restocking fee for returns. 

Rejected Refunds: If your refund request is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation via email.

When you are making a purchase from Bike Boost World, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement: 

I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and annotate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Bike Boost World within 24 hours of the product being delivered. 

I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 

I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.

I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund. 

I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Bike Boost World.

I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Bike Boost World.
