Eunorau Bikes, a Melbourne corporation (“Eunorau”), offers this Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) for the Eunorau electric bicycles ("Product“) that are bought in the AU on or after September 1st, 2023. Any bike bought and registered before this period is still subject to the original limited warranty.
Eunorau requires you to register your Product right after the purchase. This will ensure your any after-sale claims to process faster and more accurately.
Eunorau's 24-Month+ Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include usual wear & tear and labor cost.
Eunorau complimentary continues to support the Product after the Warranty as a manufacturer courtesy and may only ask for shipping costs and send replacement parts for free. Eunorau reserves the right the change this term without any confirmation from the customer.

5. When purchasing Eunorau ebikes from an Authorized Dealer, kindly ensure that the dealer guides you through the registration process for your new ebike. This step is crucial to ensure a seamless ownership experience

I recently took delivery of a new Eunorau ETrike. I am very impressed by the comfort, style, quality, stability and ease of use. It didn't take long to start to enjoy the qualities of this E Trike. I wanted a trike to head off into town for coffee or lunch & to do some shopping, but also to get out into the fresh air and enjoy some exercise. As an older rider it ticks all the boxes. Extremely happy with the service provided by Bike Boost World. They were able to get the bike to me 2 weeks quicker than any other shop. Bike is awesome, I have done around 200km of trail riding so far. Going to upgrade the brakes as that is the only thing on the bike that's a bit lacking, I ride pretty aggressively and the brakes could be a bit stronger. But apart from that bike has been good.
